How to hire our plants

Step 1
Our Hire Price List is based on delivery to NEC only. For other venues please use the enquiry form first to check if Classic Plants are servicing your event.

Step 2
Email the enquiry form with any relevant display codes and we will reply with price information (usually within 48 hours). If urgent then please call 02476 470729 to make special arrangements.

If you cannot see the exact display you are looking for then please email us with as many details of your requirements as possible i.e.: If you have any visuals or plans etc. It helps us if you have any preferred heights of displays, quantities plus Venue & date of event are essential. We will then respond with quotation.

Step 3
On acceptance of quotation Classic Plants will raise invoice for payment. Payment is required before delivery. We will enclose our details for bank transfer. For International Bank Transfers clients are responsible for all of the Bank Charges incurred. We do take all major credit cards except American Express.  However, there is a charge of 2% for card payments.

Step 4
Your order will be processed and you will not hear from Classic Plants again until your order is delivered to your stand the day before the event opens unless other arrangements have been made.

Step 5
Your Plant Displays should last for the duration of your event.

NOTE: If you require a refresh or replacement for any fresh cut flower Displays or vases this needs to be stated on the enquiry form. Classic Plants will collect the displays back at close of event.
