Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Q: How do I find a price?
    A: If you know what you want then we can email a price straight back. If you need a little help and advice or if your requirements are bespoke then please email all information and we will send you a quotation. Your quotation price is to hire for the duration of event including delivery and collection at close plus VAT.
  2. Q: When will you deliver?
    A: We usually deliver the day before your event unless previously discussed. We collect goods back as soon as we can when the show closes.
  3. Q: How do I  pay Classic Plants?
    A: We take Visa, MasterCard , cheque or bankers draft. In certain instances if previously arranged we may agree to invoice your company.
  4. Q: Do you supply any artificial displays?
    A: we would be happy to send a quote for these displays.
  5. Q: Do I need to water my plants?
    A: No your plants are watered before they are delivered
  6. Q: Can I choose a colour scheme?
    A: Yes we will endeavour to match your company colour scheme when requested
  7. Q: Is there a choice of container colours? 
    A: Yes we have many different styles and colours but we are not always able to send pictures
